Hi Folks!

Not ventured in this forum before so here's my first post!

I am hoping to make Breton Gallettes however a key ingredient for making the gallette is buckwheat flour, do you know if it's available in the UK? And if so, where could I get it as none of the local supermarkets seem to stock it.

Delivery charge is quite steep on that site, though.

Can't see any supermarkets stocking it. Perhaps try some local health shops.
Holland & Barrett might be worth a try too?

Cheers, we had seen those sites but like you say the delivery is a little OTT!!

Good idea on Hollands, I'll have a look in there before taking a ferry to France laugh
