Which Freeview Box

Hi peeps,
I am about to move out of the city to the countryside and i'm going to lose cable tv.
I have been thinking about going to freeview for a while as more channels become available but now realise how little i know about them.

I think what i want is a freeview+ with a hard drive. Sky isnt an option right now and i can use the iPlayer on my Wii.

Any thoughts, advice or recommendations welcome.
