52 Mondeo estate towbar

evening all,

Can anybody guide me in the right direction for a tow bar as per above?

Don't need it to actually tow anything, but looking at getting a bike rack to suit

Is there an OEM one, or will any old thing do the trick?

Ease of fitting? DIY or someone who has an inkling about what they are doing...

Any input greatly appreciated

Mine is a 52 Ghia X also

Is is a simle bolt on job, or some drilling and general messing about involved?

If you still have it, how much do you want for it, and is it able to be transported easy enough by a carrier of some description?

I am in Telford in sunny Shropshire, so a fair way from you

I notice you have the saloon, whereas I have the estate

Should that be a problem? Different chassis perhaps?

I assume the tow bar is still fitted to your car?

The tow bar is different for the saloon & the estate guys.
