E39 5 series - No sounds

Left the car at Gatwick (E39 530) for a week came back and battery was dead. Kind chappie boosted the car from under the bonnet ! the car fired immediately and it restored all the missing pixels from my dash - good times. However a week later and the sound has disappeared from my comms pack, no radio, no phone and no TV - bad times !

I have unplugged the traffic master in the boot but still no joy any other suggestions or can recommend a good auto electrician around the Slough area

Sounds like the radio module.

This happened to my friends 330cd. We disconnected the battery for 10mins and refitted it and all was good

Yes it would appear to be an intermittent fault as it packed up 2 weeks before the battery went flat and then a week after it was boosted.

Just noticed also the orange light on the lower left side of the monitor is off and won't switch on
