Dear All,

I'm looking for your learned advice.

My 3r's been laid up for about 12 months now due to working overseas - it's unfortunatley one of those Nobs that seems to spend most of it's life in a bubble rather than being driven - sad I know but I just can't part with it and I live in hope of getting the thing driven in the next few months.

To that end it needs all fluids changing, MOT'ing, ideally all coolant hoses replacing and it will need to be trailered to the establishment tasked with carrying out the above.

I live in Hungerford, Berks and have used Ray West at Thruxton in the past, his work is generally good but the car always comes back in a state, gets left outside etc. Yes I'm anal about the car and it really pi@@es me off when garages don't treat my pride and joy with the same kid gloves that I do.

So is there anywhere that you guys can recommend thats not a million miles away?

I'm half tempted to do the work myself - where can I get a full set of silicone hoses from (including main front to back hoses)? How hard a job is it to fit them?! Or is it really best left to a qualified mechanic?

Thanks for any suggestion you might have.

Cheers,

Si

If you want to use a main dealer I can recommend London Noble (aka TVR Centre aka TriMar Sports) based in North London just off the M25/A1 junction. It's about 90 miles from you and it sounds like you need to do a bit of driving smile
