Looking for premises to sell cars

Hi all,

does anyone know of anywhere in the Guildford/ Woking area where we can store/sell up to 10 cars + office of some kind?

Any info will be gratefully received!

Vauxhall look to have almost completely vacated their premises in Bisley by the looks of it. I have no further info for you though ( sorry ) Could be a good location though

Thank you VXRTOM. I spotted the other day they had gone. I would expect a place like that to cost the earth though. Might be worth a quick phone call, you dont know unless you try!

What about the ex petrol station that got fully converted into a car sales forecourt,workshop and office between Addlestone and Brooklands, it was Gregorys? but closed down last year, not urprised though their cars always seemed miles overpriced.

It might be slightly out of your search area, but in Bagshot on the A30 there used to be a Camper van sales site, it looks like its closed, not sure whats happening with the site.
Also, on the Frimley road, Camberley i head the car sales site thats been there for years has closed.

There's the old Mitsubishi garage along the old A3 at Burntcommon/Ripley, showroom downstairs offices upstairs. Not sure what its used for now haven't been past in ages but i recall it being empty!!! Good area for Woking and Guildford?

Thank you everyone for your suggestions! I will have a look at the areas you have mentioned and keep my fingers crossed!

I would also be interested in an industrial type office (ground floor) with 2-3 parking spaces outside, a forecourt isn't essential to us as we can store the cars elsewhere. Need to keep my overheads as low as poss.

Grange cars. Again now being used as a car wash firm.
