Door fixing - Essex

Hi,

Really need to get my passenger door lifted as it sounds very "crunchy" when used and has dropped. I appreciate this is not a cheap fix and would ask if anyone can recommend anyone in Essex for this.

I had been quoted £4/£450 by a guy but he let me down on a few other things and so I would like to use someone who has been used before.

I wouldn't focus too closely on getting someone nearby - I'd be prepared to travel to get it done right.
I'd start with Adrian Venn, Adrian@ on here.

A recovery company typically charges £1 a mile if driving it there isn't an option, well thats a price I was quoted some time ago.

Wouldn't even contemplate handing over 400 plus quid to a guy who's previously let me down !

Appreciate Coventry is not exactly on the door step but got to be worth speaking to Adrian,( I have no vested interest but many speak very highly of him) get some idea of time/cost ?

And there's a Cathedral to visit, and a very good motor museum and........
