In nice condition, 109k, 02 black and black with the factory tints. All the major work done. One thing tho parking sensors not working, anybody else had this problem? The car has had a remap, been in a few and this one is definatly the most lively pulls very hard to the red. Over all v.happy. What is an xpipe? what section of the exhaust is it? Would there be any gains in just putting the xpipe on with the standard exhaust if thats possible?

cheers

the x pipe simply removes the center silencers, i have dont this to my e39 m5. mainly as i wanted a bit more exhaust note and liked the standard style tailpipes. wouldnt say there is a massive performance gain if any at all, just a better exhaust note. center silencers are only small on the car so its not alot louder

Looking at doing this Brooster, any sound clips anywhere, I am fearful of cutting, welding and then not liking! Much like barmitzva (excuse spelling, its a joke anyway!)

Just get the rear boxes changed for a set of Haywood and Scotts. The old boxes either need to be cut off or unbolted.
Here's some pics of mine being fitted.

The H and S back boxes came almost new from a BMW forum member. This is my mate doing the work. Supplied and fitted from Haywood and Scott in Essex is around £600
