how to remove facia XKR year 2000

Anybody know how to get the central facia panel off? its the one with the sat-nav in it, or 3 dials if you doint have the sat nav option.

Mine doesn't have the Jag Nav but the 3 dials. My dash was out to do the Parrot install as per the link.

I actually use a Proclip for my TT. It's the 3rd one down on this link and works well without carving the car up.
