USB memory stick connection for 2001 RR Vogue stereo?
Discussion
I have just bought one of these USB stick thingies for the TVR since there's no room for a changer. (I would have prefered to ditch the stereo in favour of a nano ITX style computer and dash mounted touch screen but I haven't found one I like that fits in the space yet.)

Is such a thing obtainable for the 2001 RR Vogue with Harman Kardon stereo? I would prefer to keep this all original since I can't face sorting out satnav and wheel control interfaces.
I don't need anything other than the USB interface - not particularly worried about ipod interface or hands free phone use - but I would like it to display track names on the display (assuming the original changer supports CD text - I don't remember if it does or not).
Any ideas? None of my googling has resulted in an answer.
Thanks
