Adjusting head light beams??

Noticed quite a few people flashing me whilst driving in the dark yesterday, I presume the beams are a bit high and the main beam seems to be quite high. Is it an easy job to adjust the lights down a bit??

From what i can see on mine if you raise the lights and adjust the two crosshead screws by the side of the lense this will adjust them

If you go to a local MOT station, for a small fee they should set them properly for you.

The one at the side adjusts left and right, the one at the top adjusts up and down.
