Is the E60 M5 the new E39 M5?

For some time now I have been looking for an immaculate low mileage E39 M5.

But as the prices of the E60 M5 drop to meet those of the E39 M5, I do ask myself if I am better of in the never to be repeated thirsty V10 BMW warranted Bangled E60, rather than a dated E39.

It will be a classic M5, just like its predecessors. Now, it's a performance bargain, so long as you can afford the petrol.
