Are there any painters and decorators here who can give me a rough idea of costs to decorate my house? It's a new build which has been given the traditional magnolia everywhere treatment and we want to paint most rooms. Total square footage of the house is around 1,250 and it has 3 beds, 2 reception rooms, kitchen, 2 toilets, 1 bathroom and 1 ensuite. It's a 3 storey townhouse without a garage. Looking for an idea of the labour cost as we'll supply materials.

i have my own p&d company and shop in richmond west london, i would say to do the work in each room would cost roughly £ 250-300 for the bedrooms and living rooms( thats each room!) , not seeing how much prep work or colour choices etc.
bathrooms about £ 220 ish.
