Hi,

Looking for suggestions on who's the best cover for wedding inssurance abroad as all the one's I can find have quite poor cover for wedding dress/My Kilt rings etc.

To get full cover I think you would need to buy separate wedding and travel insurance, since they cover different situations. Most of the wedding insurers offer up to £5k bridal/ceremonial attire, and £5k rings (£100+, more for higher cancellation cover). If yours are worth more than this then I think you would be best to arrange specialist insurance for them in general, and I'm sure you could make sure it covers the wedding trip. Your household contents could probably do this .

Note that some airlines will allow you to take a dress (and probably other items) on board in addition to your cabin baggage, Virgin is one I think, they hang it in the upper class wardrobe.

Cheers for that i'll look at seperate cover aswell.

As for kilt and dress etc We have confirmed with BA that we can take them on the flight.
