How free are the 2010 regulations? They seem to have a car that is apparently very different but as far as I can tell the formula is so tight there isn't much room for movement?

Seriously though, they seem to 'promise' a lot, but have yet to announce any drivers or major sponsors - are they pure hype & spin, or is there any real substance to the team ?

Yes but they infringed copyrights so youtube deleted the car.
That quip should get a special YouTube video! The FOM/YT haters would lap it up.
Going by F1 history and after reading this I'm expecting the car to be unstable in high speed corners, balanced in low speed corners and unreliable. Then again, two "Brawn's" in successive years? The universe has a right sadistic sense of humour afterall...

Mercedes have shown a photo of a model, but unless its a very evolutionary design, that car looks like a Brawn to me.

Like I said, no team has launched or even turned a wheel of their 2010 car.
