quick question about a lease

Hi,

I have a flat and the lease agreement states that the property should be used only as a private dwelling.

Does that mean i cannot use as commecial premises?
But i can still rent it out as a normal flat for living in ?

Just clarifying.

Yep you can't use it for business purposes. You might also have to inform the mortgage company if you intend to rent it out rather than occupy your self.
