I need some new tyres for my 90 and have been offered some nearly new ones for a 110, trouble is I currently have 16/205 but these are 16/7.50 is it going to cause many problems or disadvantages over the old ones? The land rover is only a bit of fun, so it won't see much road work.

Thanks,

Cooky

Cooky is right, but you may need larger tubes.

Depends how you term 'offered'! You can get some really good wheel and tyre packages for about £400 a set of 4 - for something decent like brand new Kumhos.

5 Michelin's less than 1,000 miles for £100.

They are now in my garage!

Fantastic price, you did very well, big saving on the new price.
