Disco 1 Clutch change
Discussion
Having picked up the car from the dealer after buying it Friday evening, the clutch failed in spectacular style, I managed to nurse it back to them and leave it for them to sort.
On the face of it in all fairness they have said they will sort it, though probably dragging their heels for a timely fix,(it took till today and a call from me to find out), they say that the fork failed and they will put in a new pack, hope they are true to their word.
My question is what is the easiest method of changing a clutch on a D1, engine out or drop the gearbox and transfer box?
Appreciate your thoughts on any or all of the above please
