I couldn't help my piss boiling when I saw this in Tesco yesterday:

am I alone in being very disappointed that Her Majesty should be on the same shelf and in the same category as Cole and Price?

£12.50 to read about being pissed on gin and betting on horses is a bit steep.

I think she should be grateful for being on top of Andy Williams.

Not surprised, the photo of Cheryl Cole is being obscured by one of some piss soaked old dear.

What are you upset about? That there's a biography of her full stop or that the biography is on the biography shelf?

depends how you describe celebrity really...

I for one think the royal family are nothing but a side show.

You might bear in mind that the retailer in question may not be the first choice for the more discerning book lover.

Royals are celebrity. They are the original celebrities - instantly recognisable the world over.

Price is a pneumatic titted, moronic, talentless, vapid spunk bowser.

Her Maj is the only one who really deserves to be on the shelf

I have always hated the worshiping of someone "wot has been on telly init".

I think it is very chavvish and have absolutely no interest in these people. I personally think clever businessmen who have made huge amounts of money are far more worthy of attention, by comparison.

Unfortunately, I think it is a representation of our shallow society to worship some horrible vaccous bint with big tits, over someone who genuinely does something good for society.

But then what makes money will continue to exist, and I am not in a position to challenge it.

I didn't think the Queen Mum's tits were that big.

Is not the issue here that the shelf has been mislabelled? Shouldn't it say "biography" rather than "celebrity"? Of course, that might not attract the likely buyers of the Katie Price/Cheryl Cole books...

I think there should be two sections, one for "Biographies", and one for "Brainless twunt celebrity ghost-written diahorrea for Jeremy Kyle viewers".

Celebs I can understand. Greedy money grabbing leeches...

But I find members of the Royal family selling their memoirs for a few quid thoroughly uncouth and unnecessary.

Given that she set out to be famous and rich she also about as good as it gets in her chosen "career"

The Queen was born into it....Price worked for it. Fair play to her IMO.

you couldn't do that, most of them would think they were in the wrong aisle and looking at washing powder as it had bio on the label.

You've definitely got a higher opinion of Price than I do.

In that case kudos to Fred West - his ambition was to bury young girls under his patio - an unassailable leader in his field.

If Price's aim was to get rich and famous by getting her tits out, doing kiss & tells, crying rape falsely and telling the tabloids about how she terminated two of her husbands children whilst the divorce is in progress then she too is a class leader.

Achieving your aim isn't necessarily worthy of praise..
