Was just down the local push bike shop and there was a nice floor-standing pump, metal construction and it looked like you could remove the hose easily to fit a better thread or perhaps T-in a better quality 0-2bar gauge.

Do you think one of these items would be alright for adjustments of car tyres? Obviously a completely flat tyre would take a while. The cylinder looks bigger than the cheap and nasty Halfords foot pumps and it can push bike tyres over 6bar.

Exactly what I use for trackdays - works really well and far easier than a footpump (which I hate using). I just use it as it came from the shop, the guage is reasonably accurate and the connection has been fine.

Cheers. I already have a Racetech gauge that I can double check the pressures with.

Sounds like a doer then smile

Yep exactly what I use, it doesnt even take that long to pump a completely flat tyre
