10thousand speeding tickets questionable

A court in Offenbach Germany has ruled that up to 10000 speeding tickets issued by a private car-mounted gatso are "shaky", as there wasn't a civil servant in the car with the civvy. The civvy company gets paid on results......... good to see that germnn thoroughness works both ways....
certainly IMHO Germany is more sensible on speeding, application and law, than GB, which seems to be undemocratic almost natsy territory nowadays.......
