Ok so another question but I on a quest to get my Tuscan as tip top as I can and get rid of all the things that irritate me! if I go over a ripple or a pot hol in the road, the roof makes a worrying noise. it doesnt squeek it sounds much more dramatic than that as if the panels are flexing and snapping and knocking into each other. Any thoughts as to how to cure? could it be a case of new improved roof seals being fitted?

you're letting this sound very dramatic. chassis problems ?
jack the car up on all fours without the roof fixed in situ
open and close your doors.
as it is a convertible it will flex a little bit but they should close
if not, you'll have you're answer

Try removing the roof panel, spray all the rubber seals with a silicon spray, re fit and go for a drive smile

Mine also creaks when coming off the steep driveway onto the road, and bends enough to create a small gap over the side window (at serious 3 digit speeds) wink

Try a strip of electrical tape along the edge of the rear panel where the targa top joins it. Also try adjusting the cylinders that the roof pins go into - mine had loosened off a bit, causing extra rattles on bumpy roads.
