As readers of Sprint will already know, I am trying to find a quality replacement for my Griff's bonnet stay. The current one is rickety and naff and is the only thing I'm ashamed about. Does anyone know of an upgrade?

A matchstick (used, at that) might be better..........

Seriously, though, let us know when you find something for the sake of all of us who expect to top up the washer bottle in a force one-and-a-half breeze. I just can't do it one-handed!!!!

Are you sure that the bonnet stay is the only thing you are ashamed of? You need to get out more and drink more beer!

Ah, having read some of your previous posts I can see you've got a bit of a rogue there. I had a 4.0 Griff for four years and mechanically it was fine. Haven't read all the history on yours but maybe it's time to consult a TVR dealer, or at least a recommended independent, and offer them money. Are you a TVRCC member?
