Bit dodgy, agreed. And I hesitated for a while before sending them my first pictures.

But:

Of the 3 images I have had on the BBC so far (one of which was used twice) - I have been contacted through my website about two of them by people asking to buy copies.

And I only submit pictures up to 800px on the longest side, so they're a bit limited in what they can use them for.
