10cm Cupcake cases, possible?

Looking for some help really, please!

Would ideally be looking for a cupcake case with a base size of between 9cm to 12cm (pretty damn big cupcakes i know!) and around 15cm to 20cm at the top.

Does anyone know where it is possible to get any this size? Whether it is an actual paper case or a tin is not a huge problem.

Please help me!

My OH has got one of these, might be slightly bigger than you are looking for though (probably about 15cm across the bottom of the cake from what I remember).
