360 wheels and tyres

Hello there,

I may be being stupid but will the tyres off of my standard 360 wheels fit straight on to 430 wheels, I beleive the 360 has 18inch and the 430 19 inchers.

I've heard some people have had a degree of success using duct tape and silicone sealant, even then I think the offset will still be wrong
