Anyone see this last night? Brilliant character acting from the Paul Whitehouse, Charlie Higson et al. Recommended

I had my doubts at first but it grew on me.

I can see a whole new raft of Fast show type catch phrases coming on

the first one being "I've done ya" in a broad cockney accent

I thought it was brilliant - great to see much of the Fast Show team back together again. I found Charlie Higson's elderly gentleman character incredibly accurate - I only wish we'd seen more of him. Simon Day as the ex-jailbird was also a big highlight, and I thought the way he played the husband of the woman who ran the Gary Bellamy fan club was superb, with his nervous smile as though intimidated by the tv cameras.

As usual, Paul Whitehouse's acting was top notch, notably as the pretentious former pop impressario. Looking forward to next week's episode already...

Did you see Whitehouse plastering? He's obviously kept his hand in as he looked pretty good!
