f355 winter storage, engine wear

I have to confess to taking a while to commit to ferrari ownership, but oh boy what a buzz,I luvvvv my 355 spider. Anyway i digress, should i be starting my car regularly during these months of lay-up. Am i doing more harm than good with engine wear? is it ok to protect the engine with something like slick 50. perhaps some advice from my fellow ferrari owners could help.

You should be driving it I've done 2000 miles over the winter in my 430 and it's not melted

Just get the damn thing used! I always find cars run better with use rather than leaving them sat in a garage!

I've been using my 355 spider a fair bit over the past few weeks. Was nice even just to be sat in rush hour traffic in Sheffield in it today.
