In this weather around 2 psi down at the rear (42) and maybe 0.5 to 1.0 at the front (36-37). Are you filling your tyres with air or nitrogen?

What sizes / brand are you running?

Driving in this weather with much cooler temperatures and lower speeds I drop my tyre pressure a little. Come the warmer days and higher speeds up they go and if doing track work or high speed driving I inflate again and then watch pressures throughout the day / week.

What pressures are the Conti's at and what are you looking for regarding grip, feedback, ride, stopping distance etc?

there around 33 in front and 40 in the back. Seems ok so al leave them. A touch softer as you said for this weather.
