Could anyone tell me if the A P Racing brakes ar standard or upgrades.

The drilled front APs are a downgrade from the original sep bells and discs (on 4.5s).

AP Racing brakes are standard. The drilled discs are not.

Not quite - the drilled discs are all that TVR fitted from 2001/2 ish onwards.
