I have had some new spiders fitted to my cerbera but the dealer didn't fit the spacers on the front so on full lock, the tyres rub...
The dealer says they can't find any so does anyone know where I can direct them so they sort it for me.

cheers

I didn't think the fronts needed spacers, might be wrong tho. You just need to make sure all the wheels are fronts et42 iirc. Also what profile are the tyres? 235/40's on the front can catch on some cars, as all the bodies are differnt.

I've got a pair of universal ones. If you get stuck and want a photo & dimensions let me know. Joe

I assume you mean the lock-stop spacers that prevent extreme lock and therefore prevent the tyre fouling the arch. CleverTrevor have them, but £7 is a lot for a couple of nylon rings:

I forget what these things do and where they go on the car.

Can someone remind me please.

They go on the steering rack. You pull the boots to one side and put them over the rack. They then restrict the movement in the rack so as to avoid wheels/tyres rubbing. Easy to do (except when cold !).
