"DCOM server process launcher terminated unexpectedly"

I'm running a machine with XP on it (this machine actually). I have all of the latest updates and service packs etc. Just recently (within the last week) I keep getting errors up saying "dcom server process launcher terminated unexpectedly". It then gives you 60 seconds before restarting windows.

Sometimes you can start windows and it will run for an hour or so without the error, other times it will do it within 5 minutes.

Really starting to annoy me now. I've tried restoring it to before the error started to come up but it hasn't made a difference.

How can I sort it?

Sounds like malware. What AV do you have?
