Hi I have a domain name registered with 123-reg and i have recently transferred the email control over to google apps. (changing cname details etc etc)

Do i still have to pay 123-reg for the email part now that im using google? or can i let it lapse and just pay for the domain name?

Thanks

Best to ask them http://www.123-reg.co.uk/contactUs.shtml

I would suspect you can just pay for the domain name as I do this for one of my domains (at adiferent registerer)

Why were you paying 123-reg for email in the first place? They do free redirection so you could redirect to your isp account.
