Help!! Zune has taken my money!!

Just tried to download a film rental from Zune on my Xbox but I keep getting "a purchase error has occurred" message. It has deducted my Microsoft points though.

Has anyone had this happen to them?!!!

Yeh but not with Zune. Ages ago I got a HD film from Xbox, they took the money but didn't give me the film.

Phoned them up and they looked at my account and saw that I had paid. They then credited the money back and I tried it again the day after and it worked. Something like that anyway. Was ages ago.

It was the Xbox support number. Not sure what it was at the time.

For anyone interested, the Xbox support number is 020 7365 9792.

The person I spoke to refunded my points immediately and told me that Zune is undergoing system maintenance and it's advisable not to download anything until after the 27th Jan.
