I came across this on a trading forum so gave it a go as I spend many hours gambling, and good risk assessment is vital to success.

What is risk intelligence said:
Risk Intelligence Quotient (RQ) is a measure of a person’s ability to estimate probabilities accurately. People with high risk intelligence tend to make better predictions than those with low RQ.

When a banker guesses how likely it is that a customer will repay a loan; when a doctor estimates the chance that a patient has a particular disease; and when you try to figure out whether or not to take your umbrella with you when you go out for a walk – all these tasks require risk intelligence
My result...

The RQ score ranges from 0 (low RQ) to 100 (high RQ). Your RQ score is 96. Such a score is very high.

So either it's easy or was I just lucky? It takes about 10 minutes so let's see your scores guys and gals...

Well apparently, according to the site, you don't need to know the answer to have a high risk score.. hmmm... if I knew all the answers then surely I'd get 100%!

It's just a quiz though, surely?

I answered each question either 0% or 100%, even if I didn't kinow the answer, so surely that makes me a risk-taker?

A thick one, though, because I got 59...

As it is a fact based quiz, I went with either 0, 50 or 100%, as in False, don't know and true.

I scored 63%

I then went with purely random answers, and scored 70%.

I then answered 0% to everything, and got 18%

The quiz is basically trying to asses how good you are at guessing!

The gamblers seem to be coming out on top.

It's not about how good you are at guessing, it's more about how good you are at not guessing. I didn't know many of the answers, and some I was unsure of such as questions that involved dates and names that may have been a year out or involved a similar but incorrect name, so for those I hit 50%.

A mate tried testing it by hitiing 50% on everything and scored 2 haha.

Got an apparantly average 58, I've never really gambled though apart from poker between mates and the one time I managed to win a taxi fair home after signing up to a casino at 4 in the morning, I left £10 up and never returned, I like to quit while I'm ahead.

Got 69, which they say is average.

On a scale of 0-100? Average?
