Dunno what they were playing at today as I couldn't get my BT email either by POP or Webmail, logging on online though there was a link to a contact form, so I fill it out:

be resolved? Please contact me on #non-BT-email-account#
Not too long ago it seems they resolved the problems and I've just got this email:

Thanks for writing to Yahoo! Customer Care.

We're sorry to hear you had problems accessing Yahoo! Mail. We responded, and hopefully the temporary problem is now taken care of. If you're still having issues, please reply to this email to let us know. You can also try returning to Yahoo! Mail and pressing the Reload or Refresh button on your browser, then logging back in.

Thanks for using Yahoo!

Regards,

Customer Care - Yahoo! UK & Ireland
Anyone care to guess which email address they sent it too?

Cheers,
Rob

Yahoo -stands for -y'all have oodles of problems .Waste of time asking for help - you'll get the usual "helpfull" reply -with more bullsh*t than the bul leaves in a field .

Yeah but you get stuck with it if you use BT Broadband apparently. It seems that even with the huge amounts BT cream off us in return for crap connection speed they can't afford to make their own portal so have to piggyback Yahoo's crapfest.

Cheers,
Rob

Ah, I didn't bother reading that far once I'd read 'Outlook'. Apologies.

I would have just assumed that BT were being st as usual, especially if the webmail wasn't working either. I ditched them for being so crap, would never go back.

They sent me a survey as to what I thought of them. To say it was scathing would be the understatement of the year. I think my final line was something along the lines of, "...I wouldn't use your ISP again if it were the last one remaining on earth. In fact, I'd rather dig my testicles out with a rusty fork than have to deal with you as a business."

Then I moved my landline away from them to Sky as well. Have to say that with Sky I've had no complaints at all - it's twice as fast, half the price, my line rental's cheaper and their support is - for the moment - in the UK.
