The book's even better.

Such a long film too, it's the only DVD I have got that is a double sided disc.

"Grand Prix" takes two DVDs as well.

2 discs or 1 double sided disc? My Right Stuff comes on 1 disc you have to take it out and turn if over half way through.

No, "Grand Prix" was on two separate discs. They even have the old "Intermission" segment on the discs.

Does anyone know if this is due to be on again soon (as ITV2/3/4 seem to specialise in doing)? Unfortunately it was on way later than I wanted to stay up so I had to give it a miss. I have seen it before and read the book a couple of weeks ago.

It irritates me that schedulers will put on so much sh!te during the usual prime time slots, and then stick decent films on for the graveyard shift. I noticed The Life of David Gale was on the other night starting at 11:30pm, which I remember as being a decent film, but for reasons unknown (not gorey/riddled with expletives/porno) it was consigned to the graveyard.
