I'm not averse to a bit of Winky bashing but to suggest this could lead to the IRA reforming is just wrong. They couldn't aford it anyway, Winky will dream up a balaclava tax or something, that'll stop 'em

Even though they are the same people as were in the IRA, it had nothing to do with the breakdown in talks.

Is this yet another reason why I should be feeling guilty for being English. If a bunch of delusional half-wits want to cause mayhem in there own back garden then that's their business. As long as they stay over there then no, I don't give a toss.
