I rang the Adrian Flux insurance number on here this morning for a quote on my Mondeo. Its due in a few days.
Seeing as they are giving great examples like £375 for a 35 tear old with a Focus RS I expected a good deal on my stanard Mondeo TDCi estate. I couldn't believe it when they came back with over £400. more than my £377 renewal, and that supposedly also includes a 15% discount for being a member/commitee member of a classic Ford club. I do have max no claims etc.
I've done all the websites. Compare the Meercat, insurance supermarket etc. and can't beat my renewal price.

Via another forum, this lot - http://www.chrisknott.co.uk/ - have a deal for Ford STs. Might be worth a call anyway..?
I've just renewed my car insurance on my Focus RS, got 5 or 6 quotes from all the usual companies, tried Ford Insure & they came in £200 under everyone elses quotes!
Have checked all small prints etc & they really are very good & better in all departments inc UK call centres, lower excess, more mileage allowed, free courtesy car, free 30 days driving abroad etc!
Def worth getting a quote from them!

Still need to try Ford Insure yet. I've been out all afternoon so Havn't had a chance. Out all day Tuesday too so It'll be weds now before I can ring them.
Cant believe I was quoted over £700 for my Mondeo LX Diesel when someone else gets it half that price for an ST with the same company. Think I might ring them back and challenge them with that.
