Mine would have to be Singletrack and also Mountain Biking UK.

Both for the amount of content they have online as well as in the mag itself.

Any other maybe worth noting ?

Used to read MBUK in the days of Jason McRoy etc, then got back in to biking a couple of years ago, subscribed to MBUK and wished I had subscried to WMB. Similar products teste din both as sister mags but prefer the WMB writing and layout.

Dirt Mag for me, The photos are fantastic and unlike a few of the other mags around they have a couple of people who can actually ride a bike to a decent standard.
For more XC stuff I find Singletrack quite good and a bit like a not so good, trail version of Dirt. MBR is generaly ok too, its a bit like a good version of MBUK which is absolutly dire.

Singletrack and Dirt for me, the former I've been buying more or less since it came out twice yearly and although some of the columns verge towards the pretentious, generally speaking it's a good read produced by some interesting people, the latter I probably get to see (and that's a problem sometimes, the combination of micro print and my eyes don't mix) because my sons buy it. Good pics and well written, technical tests by riders that seem to know what they're talking about. MBR is ok but predictable and mostly for Specialized owners whilst I gave up on MBYOOFK long ago.

i use bike radar online and i buy cycling weekly a few times a month for my fix of what is new and shiny in the 700c world but the rest of the cycling magazines are pretty poor in my opinion. i read a friends copy of singletrack when i go see him which i enjoy because the writing is pretty good but other than that, its just reviews and whatever the 15 year olds are doing/riding. i find them all a bit patronising and you can tell which manufacturers they are pleasing each month. all the reviews are at least 7/10 so they may as well just rate things as 0, 1, 2 or 3 and save themselves the trouble. very rarely will they slate a product yet we are the ones who buy it all and we know the st stuff thats out there! and now there is procycling and another newish title out there, all covering the same thing.

Not really a cycling mag person for some reason, used to but cycle sport, only really but car or motorcycle mags nowadays.

I also use Bikeradar, and I recently bought a copy of Singletrack, which doesn't seem too bad to be honest; at least the writing is up to a good standard. I used to buy MBUK many, many years ago, but I don't think it's quite the same mag anymore!
