I am looking for a recommendation for an Auto Gearbox specialist in the Midlands

The Jatco (Nissan I believe) gearbox in my MG ZT has started flaring between changes when under hard power.
This was happening a couple of times a week, but is now happening a couple of times per journey

I am hoping that it is just something simple (i.e. cheap) like the solenoids, but need informed opinion
