Hello lovely helpful people,

Got a bit of a problem at the moment and am struggling to fix it myself weeping

Can anybody recommend a good auto electrician?

I can explain the problem if anybody is interested. It's one of those where if I had the loom alone infront of me it would be dead simple to fix it's just the rest of the bloody car is in the way!

Does anybody know what the factory colour code for Porsche Design 90 alloys is?

Neil Harrod @ mansfield used to be the man years ago. Also a good bloke at Bestwood but I'm damed if i can remember his name right now, he'll be the only one in the yellow pages though if he's still going.

Thanks I'll have a ring round. Has anybody ever used Belper Auto Electrics? Noticed them when doing a web search the other day.

I used Nick Ince to sort an earthing problem on my Westie which caused the immobiliser to trip and unable to start.

It would have taken me weeks to find - it took him 45mins.

Just another grateful PH'er happy to pass on a name through reccomendation.

Belper Auto Electrics?
Yes, for a very minor job a few years ago, they were fine. They have a good reputation.

Don't forget Dave at Grattons on Derwent Street, very good garage, been using them for years, and they understand older enthusiast cars.
