What to do with a long contract.

My family has just agreed a 20 year deal to license some IP to a third party.

Is there anything we can do with this contract, i.e. sell it on for a lump sum or something equally as clever?

The persons who the deal is with have about 1/3 of the total (20xannual fee) in asset equity to guarantor the agreement.

It's not a major problem if nothing is possible; it would just be nice to know if there are any other options open to us.

Any advice?
