at the top of their range.

I think the most expensive car in their range can be specced up to £100k ish and its the X6M...hardly a flagship for the Ultimate Driving Machine.

C'mon BMW - give us something new to top off the R8.

You're joking, right? Put an F02 760Li through the Individual programme and you can spend as much as you like. The Maritime or Girard Perregaux limited edition E66 760Li's would have cost you north of £120K each new - and that was for a previous incarnation of the 7! Hell, my car had an original book price of £93K! biggrin

And if you want something a bit extra, you could always go to Buchloe...

Its not about the money though is it. Its the lack of a Halo car not a vastly expensive limo.

I agree, it'd be lovely to see BMW produce a standalone supercar rather than just tuning standard cars upto supercar levels of performance.

Exactly...price wasn't really the point as we all know they can do limos e.g. the Rolls BMW Royce which I believe can be specced a little above a 760.

Agree totally. The other German manufacturers each have a 'supercar' presence within their range, but alas BMW seem content to produce 'specced up' versions of standard saloons or 4X4's.
