So, here is the question.

Should PH support Monbiot in his attempts to arrest Tony Blair?

"Today I am launching a new fund – www.arrestblair.org – to reward people who attempt to arrest the former prime minister

By George Monbiot. Published in the Guardian 26th January 2010

The only question that counts is the one that the Chilcot inquiry won’t address: was the war with Iraq illegal? If the answer is yes, everything changes. The war is no longer a political matter, but a criminal one, and those who commissioned it should be committed for trial for what the Nuremberg Tribunal called “the supreme international crime”(1): the crime of aggression."

One bullet.

Blair and Monbiot in the room.

What a choice.

The Answer?

Tear off Monbiot's head, leaving the upper spine attached, and then beat Blair to death using Monbiot's skull and upper spine as a club.

A bullet is too good for both of them.

The war in Iraq is done and dusted, what Bliar did has already happened.

Monbiot is still causing problems.

Here's hoping Moonbat has bitten off more than he can chew this time...

He just can't take a hint, can he...?

Talking about himself Monbiot said:
During seven years of investigative journeys in Indonesia, Brazil and East Africa, he was shot at, beaten up by military police, shipwrecked and stung into a poisoned coma by hornets. He came back to work in Britain after being pronounced clinically dead in Lodwar General Hospital in north-western Kenya, having contracted cerebral malaria.

In Britain, he joined the roads protest movement. He was hospitalised by security guards, who drove a metal spike through his foot, smashing the middle bone.

Bloody typical contemporary British security guards.

You explain, with the use of a flip-chart, memory-cards and even sodding finger-puppets, that you want the metal spike driven through the head....the head...look, I'll draw it in crayon....the head.....

...and the poor simple idiots still manage to put it through his foot.

You are advised not to put yourself at risk of charges of assault or false imprisonment. In other words, do not cling onto Blair or attempt to drag him anywhere.
hehe

I really hope some people try to arrest Blair but don't follow this advice.

Me too.

I'm rather hoping that, during the attempt by various smellies to arrest Blair, that someone with a slightly sharper sense of perspective - and a decent, zeroed-in mortar - will send the whole sorry crew straight to Hell.

Is that too much to ask for....really?

Monbiot is really asking to be 'suicided' this time.

At least Putin doesn't smirk when he denies his governments involvement.

Does anyone know where I can make a donation to the Police Fund?

Don't suppose the supposed near death cerebral malaria can have affected his mental faculties . . !

I dunno - if the adage that 'what doesn't kill you only makes you stronger' is true, he must be nigh on indestructable by now!

What a scary thought. yikes

What motivates people like Monbiot?

I think two things -

the need to be in the public eye

the need to be seen as "with the people"

The cause, reason, subject matter, topic, debate etc matters not one jot.
