3x Philips 14 Watt (75W equiv) bayonet energy saving light bulbs for £1. Normally £1.49 each biggrin

Robert Dyas have a large selection of Philips and Osram (both German and Chinese made) CFL bulbs for 10p each. The local one had 11/14/16W versions.

It's not really 75watt equivilant is it though, they're still ste, and dim, and useless for anything apart from if you like being in a gloomy room.

Yeah, i'm having to use at least 2 of them (11w + 14w) to get enough light in order to read.
