I watched this last night, and I seriously think that american nutter with the stuffed animals needs to be locked up before he hits the news big time! I wouldn't be surprised if it's too late, I certainly wouldn't like to lift his floorboards (not a euphemism..)

I had to stop watching this, after the last episode in Germany.

Just no where near as good as his previous stuff in China/India, and pretty much a 2nd rate Clive James re-run... basically go to foreign country and find some obscure weirdos to poke fun at...

just not funny frown
shame frown

Surely no one did that better than Louis Theroux.

Very true, but Theroux was on a totally different level.

clive james/whicker/and now merton seem to do it more along the lines of..
'heres some Germans with a big model railway', or 'heres some who like to live as tho they are in the wild west' arent they funny..except they're not, its like a cleaned up version of the old Eurotrash...

Anyhow, I exercised my off button, and enjoyed another old episode of 'Secret Army', much better smile Tho the Germans werent much fun in that either..

I do agree with these opinions on the show .. but I did stick it through that last episode, and that bloke in Dublin was so seriously flawed he needs investigating ... did anyone else see him?

The guy with the grey suit? If so then I couldn't really see the harm in him.

Must just be me then. Good job I'm not in charge, I'd have locked him up and thrown away the key just in case.
