Red Elise 111R was SCd using the BWR kit but that is now off (Parts available) , has a full motec ECU and AIM mpxl dash board on there at a cost of 6k so you can do anything you want to it with very little effort, Nitrons, EP anti-roll bar, twin oil coolers, Moroso sump, car has a couple of scratches on it but nothing serious, FSH, A/C and about 29K miles on it. Its a 55 plate. It also has a full 2ubluar system. Tyres are only about 3 months old, tax'd and MOT'd till sept 2010.

16k ! Could add a few more modules to the ECU and it would be near enough that price alone.

I might be interested in a swap for a TVR T350c.

Well I was offered £15.5-£16.5k by a dealer over the phone for mine the other day which is pretty much standard 55 plate 111R with nearly 20k on the clock.

Prices of these are encouragingly buoyant. I doubt I've lost any money on my car so far. I hope the prices of Nobles don't drop or I might be tempted to do something silly...

I’d stick out for good money, you’ll get it

There’s far too many people who have no experience with these things talking rubbish about 2nd hand values.

Elises of all types hold their money very well, looking at what you’ve done and spent I’d rather keep it then let someone have it cheap

ahem, have owned 3 elises and my valuation was probably slightly generous

several dealers with 55, 06 or 56 plate cars for sub £20k, Dick Lovett were selling a 2007 Elise R with sport pack (dampers, oil cooler etc) and 14k miles for £18k 2 weeks back.

Not many people are going to want to pay extra for a car with a whizz bang ecu, most would prefer a standard car from a dealer with a lotus backed warranty
