What price a used E92 335i?

With a revised version of the 335i coupe due to go on sale in March, what are people's views on the likely price payable for, say, a 1 year old car with a manual box? I'm half contemplating a change and something like a 335i would fit my requirements pretty well; however, with a new model imminent (complete with revamped engine), I'd be nervous about over-paying for a twin-turbo car. I'm thinking £27k to £28k from a dealer for a car with a decent spec and no more than 15k miles but would be interested to hear what others think; realistic, too high, too low?

I should also add that used manual 335i's seem to be like rocking horse droppings on the evidence of BMW's website so finding one at all could be difficult! However, I assume dealers have access to things like BMW management cars that are about to become available so hopefully the pool of vehicles is a bit bigger than it appears!
