St Ives self catering

Planning a weeks holiday in St Ives with the girlfriend on the week of 12th June and looking at self-catering properties sleeping 2.
Does anyone have/know of somewhere where we can stay? Ideally with sea-view and near the town centre/harbour. We've used agents the last two times but would rather go direct to save paying the agent fees.
